POURABLE/PUMPABLE/SPRAYABLE
BPO EMULSIONS

Our CAT-40LV-E is a 40% emulsion with a viscosity of 800 cps for use where BPO activity is desired, but where granular BPO and high viscosity pastes are not practical. Viscosities up to 1,000 cps are available. Safer than other liquid peroxides, these emulsions can be cleaned and flushed from equipment with water. Other pourable emulsions are available at 10 to 40% depending on assay/viscosity parameters required by the resin/catalyst system.

A second emulsion, the CAT-40LV-P, has a lower water content and is not suitable in water. Also 40%, it has a higher viscosity at 2,000 cps. Other assays are available on request.
