Catalyst Systems has a variety of packaging lines in place, including fully automated operations designed to quickly and efficiently fill both heat-sealed plastic tubes, crimp-sealed metal tubes, buckets, bags, drums and other containers.

In addition to benzoyl peroxide pastes, we regularly tube a variety of materials including putties, adhesives, caulks and sealants, wood repair products, hand cleaners, soaps and various resins and liquid hardeners. These can range from 1/4 to 8 ounces in fill weight depending on the product.

We have developed numerous private label tubing programs that include supplying either Bulk Tube or Kit Tube Packaging. These are a variety of specialty packaging solutions designed to provide finished product in a form to meet your marketing needs.

Our BPO pastes are offered in several bulk packages, including 380-pound and 110-pound fill fiber drums, as well as 45 pounds per 5-gallon pail. Pastes are also available in smaller pails and one and two-pound jars.

Our standard water-wet granular BPO products are regularly packaged at 110 pounds per fiber drum. A multitude of smaller bulk packages are available from one to 50lbs. Special soluble bags are also available in different sizes.
